We had a nice surprise with a welcome gift of port wine and Pastéis de Nata. The breakfasts were decent, my wife loved the fresh pastries, and we got to enjoy some morning champagne which was a good touch.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but it was still acceptable.

Everything was perfect, however we stayed for 3 nights only. Staff was super knowledgeable and attentive. It had particularly good location with access to Historic Centre of Oporto nearby. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

Fashionable double room on a lower level. Ideal location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Clerics Tower.

Take advantage of the nightly turn-down service, which includes good treats like cookies and fresh water.

The location was superb, right in the heart of historic Porto, walking distance to nearly all attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations, and the breakfast had a good selection, including fresh pastries and smoked salmon.

A balance of wins and fails

Staff service was perfect! They were great without us asking, organizing a fado show and packing a breakfast box for our early flight.

Street noise was disruptive at times, the potential for restless nights if you're in a room facing the hustle and bustle.

We love how the hotel is centrally located. The beautifully restored interiors have a unique charm, and the comfortable bedding ensured a restful sleep after our adventures. We also appreciated the really good staff service, who were helpful with recommendations for nearby dining options.

The cocktail menu at the bar was lacking, as it didn't display ingredients for the drinks.

It was a prime choice for a weekend outing in Porto with good value. Staff provided a fantastic welcome gift of port wine and Pastéis de Nata, made our stay extra special. Make sure to take advantage of the public transportation. It's super cheap and convenient.

Room felt a bit like a cozy shoebox-good luck practicing yoga in there! And no coffee machine? I had to settle for instant. Oh, the horror!

Had a wonderful stay with beautiful decor throughout the hotel, and chocolates waiting on my bed was a lovely touch! The sauna and indoor pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast could be a little more organized, but overall it didn’t dampen my experience. 😊

The Cozy Double room was pretty comfortable, but definitely on the smaller side. It had a great bathroom with a rain shower and nice toiletries, a plus. The beds were huge. The room got a bit warm, so we had to open the door for some fresh air. Really liked the soundproofed windows. They worked well to keep out street noise. Just be ready for some tight space if you're planning on staying here!

The breakfast here was really good! They had a nice variety with warm options and fresh fruit 🍳🍇.

For vegans, the breakfast here is fulfilling, and the staff really know their stuff. the room we stayed in had clearly been recently renovated and was perfectly clean, even though it was on a lower floor. 🌿.
